Episode 19: What Actually Causes Pain in Runners w/ Alanna DiBiasi, PT & Melinda Brooke

Mike (Q) sits down with Alanna DiBiasi, PT and Melinda Brooke, Patient Coordinator / running enthusiast. Both women work at PTW Newtown Square.

41:20 - Does fatigue affect running form? Alanna and Q say yes. People overstride when they are fatigued and it causes pain or injury. To avoid this, Q says you need to train the right way and make sure the distance is appropriate.

44:11 - After an evaluation, Alanna and Q will end by going over a game plan/treatment, and giving clients some exercises to do at home.
